Wiesław Markwas is 47 years old. He has been graduated at Agriculture Academy (M.Sc.,eng. of mechanization) and at post-graduated studies on business management at the ZSB in Szczecin. He started his work in "Zakłady Chemiczne "POLICE" SA" Chemical Company 20 years ago. At the very beginning he worked as foreman at the titanium white production departments, than he worked as a specialist, mechanic. Now, he is deputy manager responsible for technical matters. He has attended many courses and trainings regarding finances, managing, ISO, controlling. These courses and trainings together with his twenty years of professional experience at "Zakłady Chemiczne "POLICE" SA" SA Chemical Company have provided him knowledge on economic matters, commercial law, accountancy, work law, investments, repairs etc. He was chairman of the board of directors at "Budchem" - company controlled by Zakłady Chemiczne "POLICE" SA, since 2000 till 2002. Actually, he is vice-chairman of the board of directors at "Budchem" company.
